We have a 2500m2 covered factory equipped with:

Production Means
Our specialty is machining precision parts by bar turning, but we also use other technologies.
Our maximum production capacity is by turning. We have 27 multitasking CNC lathes and we can work bar diameters from 4mm to 65mm and chuck up to Ø200mm.
Part of the investment in machinery has been funded by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism.

We have 4-axis Fanuc Robodrill and Leadwell vertical milling machines with a table size of 850x410mm. 
Our SMP Technik 5-axis CNC tool grinding and manufacturing machine allows us to vertically integrate the following processes:
- Broach manufacturing
- Customised cutting tools manufacturing
- Automatic tool grinding
Our complementary processes include:
- Vertical broaching
- Grinding
- Thread forming
- Knurling
- Tool grinding
- Laser engraving
As final processes we have: vibration finishing to polish parts with abrasive pellets, and part washers with water and degreaser and chlorinated solvent with ultrasonic cleaning
