Our specialty is to manufacture geometrically complex parts in a single process, optimising the production process to its maximum efficiency.
We offer a comprehensive service, overseeing the entire industrial development of a component or assembly. From the production of prototypes or pre-series with short timing, using the same processes that will be applied in mass production, to the approval and series manufacturing of the component. Throughout the entire process, we maintain close collaboration with our clients.
WE MANUFACTURE
We mainly machine parts for the automotive (hubs inserts), motorcycle (brake system parts) and hydraulic sector. We also manufacture sanitary fittings, decoration parts, bicycle parts, timing belt pulleys, Ploy-V and grooved pulleys, and electrical connector elements.
Our production process and suppliers allow us to perform:
- Centered and eccentric turning in a single cycle
- 4-axis milling
- Vertical broaching
- Gears and gear hobbing
- Cylindrical, centreless and flat grinding
- Thread rolling and knurling
Thanks to our extensive experience in the field of machining, especially bar turning, we have developed our own range of coolant distribution accessories, focusing on high pressure cooling, and a SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) system to improve safety and productivity during tool changes and set-ups on lathes (STAR, NAKAMURA-TOME, TORNOS, CITIZEN).
